A nostalgic twist on our signature NY Roll! This decadent treat is filled with banana infused pastry cream, bringing the comforting flavors of classic banana pudding. Topped with a smooth vanilla glaze, whipped cream, crunchy banana chips, and golden toasted Nilla wafer crumbs for the perfect balance of creamy, crunchy, and buttery goodness.

We fill our signature classic Butter Moon with dulce de leche and coffee liqueur, then we garnish it with melted dark chocolate, more dulce de leche (if that's not enough), alfajor crumbs, candied orange, and gold leaf.

PISTACHIO & WALNUT TWICE BAKED

Inspired by baklava, soaked in orange syrup, and baked with pistachio and walnut frangipane. Garnished on one side with chopped walnuts and snow sugar, and on the other with chopped pistachios, orange syrup, and dried flowers.

Inspired by the Croque Monsieur, we combine a very aromatic dough with a classic salty flavor. Rolled with ham, Gruyère, Mornay sauce, and a touch of honey mustard, then baked with more Gruyère on top.

Our take on a Lox Bagel: our Butter Moon is rolled with smoked salmon, cream cheese, dill, and capers, then baked with everything bagel seasoning on top and finished with maple simple syrup.
