Our take on a Lox Bagel, our Butter Moon is rolled with smoked salmon, cream cheese, dill and capers, then baked with everything bagel seasoning on top and finished with maple simple syrup.

PISTACHIO & WALNUT TWICE BAKED BUTTER MOON.

Inspired by the Baklava, soaked in orange syrup and baked with pistachio & walnut frangipane. Garnished on one side with chopped walnuts & snow sugar, and chopped pistachios, orange syrup & dried flowers on the other.

HAM & CHEESE BUTTER MOON

Inspired by the Croque Monsieur, we combine a very aromatic dough with a classic salty flavor.
Rolled with ham, gruyère, mornay sauce, a touch of honey mustard and baked with more gruyère on top.

EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA BUTTER MOON

Our take on the popular Italian dish, our Butter Moon is rolled with fried eggplant, marinara sauce, mozzarella and basil. We finish it with grated parmesan.

ALFAJOR BUTTER MOON

We gave a twist to the typical “Medialuna con dulce de leche” because is more fun!
We fill our signature classic Butter Moon with dulce de leche with coffee liqueur, then we garnish it with melted dark chocolate, more dulce de leche (if not enough), alfajor crumbs, candied orange and gold leaf.

GUAVA CHEESECAKE BUTTER MOON

Our Butter Moon Tarts are baked with a very rich and creamy cheesecake batter, then we finish them with guava compote and orange syrup on top.

CLASSIC BUTTER MOON


Our Classic Butter Moons are a fusion between the Argentinian Medialuna and the French Croissant, and take 3 days to make. Then, we bake them to perfection and soak them in orange juice syrup right out of the oven.
